"After a year of being a loyal customer and adding a second policy and simply what should of been a simple change in vehicle and coverage it has been mistake after mistake and I been playing the run around game where they blame the after hours then o call after hours and they say it’s agents…. Any how mistakes that cost hundreds or ended up overdrafting accounts and they took no accountability for their own mistakes where they just blamed their new system Do not recommend!!!"
